Ariadna Argenté
Ariadna Argente has been a lawyer in Osborne Clarke's Real Estate department since March 2017, specialising in real estate transactions and project advisory.
Her practice centres on advising national and international clients throughout all phases of the real estate asset life cycle. She has particular expertise in various market segments, including residential developments, retail, student housing, senior living, campsites, logistics, hotels, and office spaces.
Throughout her career, Ariadna has been involved in numerous transactions involving the acquisition and sale of real estate assets, the negotiation and drafting of lease agreements, real estate due diligence, and the development and operation of real estate projects.
Ariadna graduated with a degree in Law from ESADE Business & Law School, where she also completed the Double Master's in Legal Practice and International Business Law (LLM) at ESADE. Following this, she furthered her education by taking a course in Real Estate Management and completing an Intensification Module in Real Estate Law at ESADE.
She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
