Tarik’s expertise covers all stages of civil disputes. This includes potential dispute avoidance, the forensic analysis of complex matters, the development of litigation strategies, as well as the enforcement of own claims in court or the defence against claims brought by others. Tarik also has practical experience in enforcement law.

The individual situation of his clients, a situational advisory approach, as well as creativity, perseverance and consistency in handling complex disputes are Tarik’s top priorities.

Born and raised in Berlin, he studied law at Humboldt University of Berlin. He then completed a one-year Master’s programme in “Law in a Digital Economy” at Universidade Cátolica Portuguesa in Lisbon, Portugal.

As a research assistant and trainee lawyer (Referendar), Tarik worked for another major German law firm and for Osborne Clarke. During his legal traineeship, Tarik worked inter alia for Osborne Clarke, the European Commission and the Berlin Police. Since February 2026, Tarik has been working in Osborne Clarke’s Berlin office in the Disputes & Risk practice group.
