Michael Zamecnik

Michael is a Senior Associate in our Projects Group. He advises international and domestic investors, funds and developers on acquisitions, disposals and investments in the renewable energy (solar, onshore wind and hydro), battery storage, hydrogen, conventional power and cleantech sub-sectors.

Having lived and worked in the US, Middle East and Asia-Pacific, Michael has both private practice and in-house experience with corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters in the energy, resources and infrastructure sectors across a variety of geographies.

I am enthusiastic about Osborne Clarke's mission to support the energy transition and help promote key drivers to reach net zero, including our growing specialisms in the green hydrogen economy and advancing carbon capture and storage.

Outside of everyday client engagements, I actively support Osborne Clarke's longstanding commitment to pro bono and giving back to our local communities, and enjoy volunteering at the South Westminster Legal Advice Centre.
