Clément is a corporate lawyer who advises national and international clients on issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, private equity (venture capital, LBOs) and more generally on their corporate issues.


Before joining Osborne Clarke, he was associate in a French law firm where he developed his expertise in transactional operations in particular relating to hospitality and tourism sector.


Clément has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2021 and holds a Master 2 in Business and Tax Law from the University of Orléans (2018).
