Juliet de Graaf is an Associate Director in the Osborne Clarke Financial Regulatory Practice. She advises financial institutions and fintechs such as payment service providers, trading platforms and investment funds on financial regulatory law, contract law and securities law. Juliet also advises on current and future implications of Dutch and European law, in relation to both existing businesses and the development of new financial products and services.

Juliet received her LLM in International Economic and Business Law from the University of Groningen in 2010 (cum laude). In 2015 Juliet participated in the specialisation course Securities law of the Grotius Academy.

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke Juliet worked in the Financial Regulation practice of NautaDutilh.
