Mathilde is an Associate in the Corporate team of Osborne Clarke, where she assists with M&A transactions, venture capital transactions and all general corporate law matters.

She graduated from the KU Leuven with a Master's degree in Economic and Private Law and has an LLM in Law and Economics from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. She joined Osborne Clarke in 2022.
