Griffin is an Associate in Osborne Clarke's Projects team operating primarily from its London office.
Griffin advises clients on a wide range of matters in the Energy & Utilities sector including: drafting and negotiation of project and energy supply contracts, energy regulation, corporate restructuring, and project financing and re-financing. Many of these matters have public procurement aspects.
Griffin has acted for a diverse client base including major property developers, energy suppliers, investment funds, asset managers, global financial institutions and core infrastructure providers.
Griffin qualified in September 2019 having trained with the Osborne Clarke prior.
