Eve advises French and international clients investment funds, companies (listed and not listed), management teams, by assisting them on a variety of investment related operations (acquisitions, disposals, reorganizations, management packages, etc.). She intervenes both in counseling and litigation.
Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in 2014, Eve worked for 3 years at an international law firm, advising the firms’ clients on M&A transactions.
Eve is admitted to practice in the state of New York (June 2010) and in Paris, France (October 2011). She received a Masters of European and International Business Law from University Paris Dauphine (2008) and a LLM from Maurer School of Law (Bloomington, IN) (2009).
