Philippe Helder

Philippe is an Associate in our Technology, Media and Communications team and is based in the Amsterdam office.
He advises Dutch and international clients on commercial, intellectual property and data protection law related matters.
Philippe joined Osborne Clarke in October 2022 after he graduated from the University of Amsterdam, Institute for Information Law (IViR). During his master’s, Philippe volunteered as a legal advisor at Clinic Law Incubator. This law incubator enables students and lawyers to jointly assist start-ups and private individuals in the field of intellectual property and information law.
