In terms of banks and payment institutions Daniel particularly negotiates cooperation agreements for these clients, including outsourcing agreements, and drafts general terms and conditions of business.
He provides legal guidance to numerous e-commerce companies on supervisory law issues and financing on the capital market.
Daniel studied in Marburg and Aarhus, Denmark. He began his career as a lawyer in 2010 with an international law firm in Düsseldorf. He joined Osborne Clarke as an associate in the middle of 2011.
