Advised on the first forward-funded £25.2m Build To Rent deal between an investor, M&G, and listed housebuilder, Crest Nicholson.

U+I plc

Advised U+I plc on the purchase of 399 Edgware Road and its redevelopment as a mixed scheme with a superstore, oriental retail, residential and a school.

Doughty Hanson

Advised the Doughty Hanson European Real Estate Fund on its development and disposal of the mixed-use multi-let development at Howick Place in Victoria, London.

Student Castle

Advised Student Castle on the sale of a portfolio of six student accommodation buildings, including 53-73 Leman Street, London.

Royal Bank of Scotland

Advised on funding a zero carbon regeneration scheme providing commercial space and 800 homes on a 36ha site.

Advised on an £82m fundraising by way of a Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer.

Brighton and Hove Council

Acted on the new waterfront project, a plan to relocate the conference centre.

Barratt Homes

Advised on the first of the UK Government's carbon challenge schemes, which comprises 188 homes (62 affordable) developed to code level 6 and the redevelopment of a listed building on the site for community uses.

Galliford Try

Advised on the proposed purchase of the Gloscat site in Gloucester for a mixed-use development as part of a regeneration project in joint venture with The Homes and Communities Agency.
