Linn Solholm

Linn is a partner and the head of our Built Environment practice group in our Sweden office. 

She has extensive experience in buying and selling transactions (both direct transactions within real estate and corporate transactions), project development, real estate collaborations/joint ventures, property formation, and project and development issues. She also brings expertise in commercial tenancy and other usufruct.

Linn regularly assists clients in the private and public sector in contract negotiations, structural and corporate issues.  She also has experience with forward purchase and forward funding transactions in which construction issues and lease agreement issues are central.

Managing real estate transactions from the letter of intent to the post-closing steps, Linn has expertise in due diligence, contract drafting and negotiations.

Linn holds an LL.M. and is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
