Moritz Windheuser

Moritz Windheuser advises and represents national and international companies on all aspects of real estate law.

He specializes in real estate transactions. In this field, a focus of his work is the structuring and execution of due diligence processes. Another focus of his work is the drafting, review and negotiation of contracts in the area of commercial tenancy law. Furthermore, Moritz advises on questions of brokerage law.

He advises insurance companies, institutional investors, fund management companies, banks and project developers, among others.

Moritz studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Bonn and completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court in Cologne. He was admitted to the bar in 2019. Before joining Osborne Clarke, he worked for two years as a lawyer at a German commercial law firm in Cologne, also in real estate law.
