Osborne Clarke-Poland advised, in association with MDDP Tax to Orlen VC in an investment round carried out by Euroloop worth over EUR 5,000,000.

Osborne Clarke's team provided support on the transaction documentation and during closing of the transaction, as well as conducted legal due diligence.

Tax due diligence and tax support for transaction documentation was provided by the MDDP Tax team.

Orlen VC is a corporate VC fund established within the CEE leading multi-utility company - PKN ORLEN SA. It focuses on investing in start-ups with disruptive technologies at the market-readiness stage that will play a significant role in the energy transition, climate change and industrial automation.

Euroloop is a technology company delivering super-efficient DC chargers for electric vehicles under the WILLBERT brand, together with comprehensive software solutions to manage and monetize the charging business.
