Osborne Clarke, assisted by Orrick on the sell-side, advised Five Elms Capital – a global growth investor in best-in-class B2B software businesses – on its investment in Rebrandly, a leading digital link management platform. As part of the transaction, Carla Bourque, Five Elms' Operating Advisor, has been appointed as new CEO to lead important growth initiatives such as international expansion and the release of new products and functionalities.
