Rocco is part of the banking & finance team in Italy.
He specialises in advising Italian and foreign financial institutions in relation to financing transactions on a national and international basis and, more specifically, in leverage finance, acquisition finance, project finance and real estate finance, as well as in debt restructuring transactions (including certified recovery plans and debt restructuring agreements).
Rocco also provides assistance in structured finance, with a particular focus on the valuation and divestment processes of non-performing loans.
