Janus Lim

Janus is a Singapore-qualified lawyer with a diverse practice in individual and corporate income tax, goods and services tax and stamp duties.

His practice is focused on tax advisory, transactional and compliance matters, where Janus regularly works with established and start-up businesses in the technology and financial services sectors. He has experience advising on pre- and post-transaction tax restructuring issues, leading tax due diligence exercises, acting for clients in discussions and negotiations with revenue officials and assisting clients with tax reporting.

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, Janus worked in private practice in Singapore, the tax team of one of the Big Four professional services firms and the legal department of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore. Janus holds a MSc in Taxation from the University of Oxford where he was awarded a distinction.
