Dan advises on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment related matters, in particular in relation to companies in the technology, media and communications' fields. 

As a member of our Employment and Pensions team, his work for clients includes advising on employment tribunals, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies, TUPE, and employment law issues that arise from corporate transactions. He also drafts and negotiates settlement agreements and principal employment documentation, including employment contracts, HR policies and staff handbooks.

Dan qualified in September 2022, having joined Osborne Clarke as a trainee solicitor in 2020. He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
