Christoph is specialised on competition and product liability matters in the service and the spare parts market, out-of-court and in court proceedings.

He provides legal guidance to automotive parts manufacturers, parts dealers, and corresponding associations,among others on operational requirements in product-orientated quality management processes

In addition, he conducts litigation in competition and trademark law in other industries, in particular in the consumer goods industry.

Christoph studied law in Cologne and also completed postgraduate studies in commercial law (LL.M. oec.) .

He began his professional career with Osborne Clarke in 2013. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, Christoph worked at the legal IP department of a leading retail and tourism group during his legal traineeship.
