Brice is an associate of the Corporate/M&A team. He specializes in general corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.

Brice focuses especially on mergers and acquisitions, as well as intra-group reorganizations involving both French and international clients.

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in 2021, Brice completed several internships in the corporate department of major French and international law firms.

Brice holds a Master’s degree in Business, Tax and Financial Market Law from the University of Paris XI and ESCP Europe.

He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022.
