Marta is an Associate who joined Osborne Clarke in May 2020. Her main area of practice is Public and Regulatory Law.
She obtained in 2018 a double degree in Law and Business Administration from the University of Zaragoza after completing part of her studies at the University of Bologna. In addition, he completed a Master's Degree in Law of Regulated Sectors at the Carlos III University of Madrid, as well as a Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the same university.
She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
With a broad experience in Public Law and Regulated Sectors, Marta specialises in advising in the energy sector.
Her experience includes providing advice to participants in the electricity business in various legal consultations related to this economic sector, preparation of Due Diligences for acquisitions, spin-offs or financing of companies owning projects, preparation of administrative and judicial writs and advice on regulatory matters in corporate transactions to both national and international clients.
Marta also has experience in Public Procurement in various sectors and at different levels of Administration, Contentious-Administrative Proceedings, Competition Law and advising in the pharmaceutical sector.
