Residential and commercial developers rely on our strong expertise to see their developments through from concept to completion. We provide comprehensive advice across the entire project lifecycle: from property to tax, from negotiation to litigation, we focus on our clients’ business objectives to make sure that their projects are delivered on time and compliantly.

The fact that we have a highly rated team specialising in both commercial and residential development means we offer a unique skill set for mixed-use schemes, which we have applied in our work for U+I, Galliford Try and Barratt Homes.

We work hard to understand what our clients are looking for, which means listening to them and getting involved at an early stage in the negotiations to ensure that we are conversant with the commercial objectives. We then continue to cross-check our advice against the on-going commercial requirements of our clients. The result is tailored, specific advice that meets our client's requirements because it is framed in the context of both their business and the development industry.
