International legal practice Osborne Clarke has won the renowned "Professional Network Management" (PMN) award in the communication category.

Established in 2008, PMN is an international network of legal and accountancy.  The Germany-based awards recognise innovative benchmarking projects that contribute to business success.

Two colleagues in Osborne Clarke's Germany office Elisa Lini (Marketing Executive Brand & Design) and Viktoria Willmann (PR & Communication Executive) developed a creative video blog (vlog) "OConversion phase" showcasing the refurbishment the firm's Cologne office. The vlog was embedded on the firm's global intranet and allows a direct exchange with all employees. The employees are promptly informed about any changes during the moving activities and can retrieve any information at any time.

Carsten Schneider, managing partner of Osborne Clarke in Germany, commented on the achievement: "Congratulations to Elisa and Viktoria, their vlog was a fun and engaging way to connect with our global team. It demonstrates what is important at Osborne Clarke – our employees. We are pleased to be rewarded with the PMN award."
