International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Cenkos Securities plc on a £93 million placing for AIM-quoted Brickability Group plc, a leading construction materials distributor.

The net proceeds of the placing receivable by Brickability will be used to fund the acquisition of Taylor Maxwell Group, a leading supplier of timber to the construction industry. The placing consisted of a primary placing of £55 million and a secondary placing of £38 million to meet market demand.

Cenkos acted as nominated adviser and sole broker in connection with the transaction.
