Tim is a Partner in the corporate department at Osborne Clarke. He has developed a market-leading reputation for advising clients on M&A and growth capital. Tim’s wide range of expertise also covers fundraising transactions in the marketing, media, technology and data-centric sectors.

Tim has a keen interest in advising organisations in the professional services and management consulting arenas. Many of Tim’s clients are now international in reach or operate in increasingly international markets.

Tim joined Osborne Clarke in 1987 and was responsible for establishing the firm’s London office, before serving as the firm Senior Partner between 2006 and 2013. Tim is responsible for the firm’s New York initiative, particularly with regard the Digital Business sector.
