Saliha El Morabit is an associate in the Corporate M&A team of Osborne Clarke Amsterdam.
She advises both national and international clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including on strategic mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, venture capital investment rounds and on general corporate matters.
Saliha completed both the bachelor and the master Private Law at the University of Amsterdam.
