Matthew is a Partner in Osborne Clarke’s corporate team.
He works on a broad range of corporate transactions, covering public and private mergers and acquisitions, schemes of arrangement, IPO’s, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. Matthew specialises in advising clients in two distinct markets, firstly the real estate and infrastructure sectors, and secondly in the staffing/recruitment sector. Matthew’s sector focus is underpinned by strong experience in digital business and how that interacts across the two fields.
Matthew qualified in September 2004, and joined Osborne Clarke in 2006.
