Jürgen Ehrlichmann is a partner in Osborne Clarke's Disputes & Risk team. He represents companies in extensive litigation and arbitration proceedings. Key areas of focus are proceedings in the area of trade and with reference to corporate law. Jürgen advises his clients in particular on disputes arising from central settlement, supply and lease agreements as well as in connection with insolvency proceedings.
He assists trade association groups in drafting and negotiating complex central settlement and supply agreements. Finally, he advises in various areas of the tourism industry, in particular on contracts between tour operators and service providers.
Another focus of his work is providing comprehensive advice in the real estate sector. He focuses in particular on banks and savings banks in all legal matters relating to the location and assists in the realignment of the business model. His in-depth knowledge of the management of a property and the overarching cooperation with Osborne Clarke's Energy team regularly enable him to find solutions for the current challenges of his clients from the real estate sector (e.g. with regard to climate change, mobility, "New Work").
Jürgen recently published articles on topics from the field of traffic safety in times of climate change and e-mobility.
In the Handelsblatt ranking for 2022, he is represented as one of "Germany's Best Lawyers" for the area of real estate business law.
