Jennifer Brace

Jennifer is an experienced Associate Director within the Real Estate team, with expertise in the telecoms, investment and retail sectors. She also has a strong grounding in Landlord & Tenant law and has worked closely with corporate occupiers.

She has worked on complex letting transactions as well as strategic portfolio acquisitions for e.g. pension fund clients and well known household names. Having been on secondment at Cornerstone, the UK's leading telecoms infrastructure provider, Jennifer has a deep understanding of the telecoms industry and the in house experience. She has also worked closely with Cornerstone and others in relation to decarbonisation.
