Daniel is a Senior Associate in Osborne Clarke's commercial disputes team.
As a specialist barrister, Daniel has particular expertise across the spectrum of media, communications and information law. He regularly advises clients in relation to data protection disputes, defamation and misuse of private information.
Daniel also acts for clients in relation to IT and technology disputes.
Daniel was called to the Bar in 2015 and joined Osborne Clarke in April 2021.
