Ben works on a broad range of domestic and international M&A and investment work, including private equity and venture capital investments.
He works primarily at the intersection of energy and technology and also has experience of advising private companies that operate across a range of sectors, including real estate, infrastructure media and communications.
Ben has prior experience at a US tier 1 energy firm. He qualified into the London office of an international law firm in 2020 where he worked on multiple cross-border investment mandates across onshore and offshore UK renewables.
