Arsen Dutka is a lawyer in the banking and capital markets practice group and advises international banks and companies on debt financing transactions. 

He advises German and international financial institutions, investors, corporations and borrowers in relation to loan facilities, real estate finance, project finance and acquisition finance.

Arsen was admitted to the bar in 2021. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in 2022, Arsen worked for a leading German law firm in insurance and liability law.

His clients are active in corporate finance, real estate finance, project finance, acquisition finance and venture debt finance and include banks, venture debt funds, real estate funds as well as borrowers.

He is a member of the Financial Services and Technology, Media and Comms sectors and involved in the decarbonisation and digital transformation aspects of Osborne Clarke’s 3D strategy by providing advice on the financing of renewable energies projects and other sustainable finance (ESG) transactions and of innovative business models including research and development (R&D) projects.
