Nick is an Associate in the Financial Institutions Group specialising in investment funds, with a particular focus on private equity and venture capital funds.

Nick has experience advising new and emerging fund managers across different asset classes, focusing mainly on private equity and venture capital. He advises fund managers on fund formations and investor negotiations, co-investments and on fund regulation and marketing. He also acts for various institutional fund investors advising on investments into alternative investment funds across all asset classes.

Nick joined Osborne Clarke in 2022 after two years working for a US law firm. He is a US qualified lawyer and qualified in December 2020.
