The country’s second national wind tender recently [October 2017] produced record low prices of just INR 2640 (£30.7 €34.4 US$40.4) per MWh, while in other notable developments, the EIB confirmed some €800 million in financing support for Indian renewables projects and also formed a lending partnership with a domestic bank. As such, India receives a score of 65.86% in inspiratia’s riskWatch index, with a positive outlook for the next 12 months
