Osborne Clarke in France has advised FIVE GUYS, an US fast-food group, on the opening of six new restaurants in France (negotiation of commercial leases, forward leases (bail en l’état futur d’achèvement) and other occupancy agreements for restaurant premises located within "So Ouest" in Levallois-Perret, "Les Terrasses du Port" in Marseille, "Iconic" in Nice, "ALPES THE STYLE OUTLETS" in Châtillon-en-Michaille (between Lyon and Geneva), "Central Parc Val Vert" in Le Plessis-Pâté (on the outskirts of Paris), the "Cineum Cannes" cinema complex in Cannes and a prime location on rue de la Chaussée d'Antin in central Paris).
