Tracey Wright
Tracey is a partner in, and heads up, our Tax Group. She has many years of experience advising on a broad range of tax matters.
Her work covers standalone tax advisory work and structuring advice, as well as transactional work for a wide range of clients including institutional investors, funds, large corporates and family offices.
She leads our tax offering in the Build Environment Sector and works closely with clients operating in that sector advising on a range of matters including real estate fund formation, complex real estate transactions and VAT/SDLT advisory.
Her funds practice covers both real estate and venture capital funds where she advises on a range of fund related issues including fundraising, structuring, investments, and management aspects.
She also has a wealth of experience in the tax aspects of corporate sales and purchases, shareholder planning and reorganisations.
Tracey is also a Chartered Tax Advisor.
