Natasha is an Associate in Osborne Clarke’s Employment and Benefits team.
Natasha advises clients on a broad range of HR and employment-related matters. These include unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, disciplinary issues, grievances, TUPE and defending tribunal claims. She also advises companies on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
Natasha is Scottish qualified. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke she trained at Maclay Murray & Spens LLP, where she qualified in August 2014 and practiced as a commercial litigation lawyer. She joined Osborne Clarke in March 2015.
