Martha is a Senior Associate in the Bristol Employment team and advises employers in a wide variety of employment matters.These include disciplinary issues, managing sickness absence, grievances, redundancy processes (individual and collective), TUPE, due diligence, defending tribunal claims (including discrimination claims) and drafting and negotiating employment contracts and compromise agreements. Martha’s experience also includes advising on the employment aspects of a PFI contract for renewable energy.

She has acted for clients in a range of sectors, including construction, fashion, finance, hospitality, insurance, logistics, professional services, retail, telecoms, technology and transport.Martha trained at Fox Williams in London, where she qualified in October 2008. She joined Osborne Clarke in July 2011.
