I'm keen to share my knowledge with the next generation of legal professionals, and have lectured in corporate law in Barcelona's Pompeu Fabra University for 14 years, as well as co-authoring the book Joint Ventures, published by Thomson Reuters.

Advised the private equity firm PAI Partners and its portfolio company European Camping Group in the acquisition of Alannia Resorts to Corpfin Capital and to Grupo Marjal.

Advised Edify (owners of French group Somfy) in the sale of its stake in the Spanish company Gaviota Simbac.

Lucas Fox

Advised the founders of the premium real estate agency Lucas Fox on the sale of a majority stake to  DILS, an Italian-headquartered European real estate services group.

Alucan Entec

Advised the shareholders of Alucan Entec, a European impact-extruded aluminium packaging business, on its sale to a Ball Group company, a NYSE-listed U.S. packaging group.

Vinci

Advised the French listed group Vinci on the acquisitions of the Spanish energy and information and communication technology companies Asas Systems, Insitel, Acuntia and Sistem.

Reno de Medici

Advised Italian listed group Reno de Medici on the acquisition of Spanish packaging companies Papelera del Principado (Paprinsa) and Ondupacart (together with Fergerdell and Cogeneració del Pla).

Enghouse Systems

Advised Canandian listed group Enghouse Systems on the acquisition of software group Altitude Software.

TAPTAP Digital

Advised the founder of TAPTAP Digital, a Spanish adtech and marketing intelligence software company, on the sale of a majority stake to the UK private equity firm bd-capital.

Socialpoint

Advised the founders of the Spanish video game developer company Socialpoint on its sale to US listed group Take-Two Interactive Software (creator of Grand Theft Auto).

Grifols

Advised Spanish listed pharma company Grifols on the acquisition of US MedTech company MedKeeper.

Egmont

Advised Danish group Egmont (via Nordisk Film / Nordisk Games) on the acquisition of a stake in Spanish video game developer company MercurySteam.

Barraquer

Advised the Spanish ophtalmology group Barraquer on its joint venture with Grandis Capital Investment Company to develop, open and operate an ophthalmology hospital in Dubai. 

IQAP Masterbatch Group

Advised the shareholders of the Spanish company IQAP Masterbatch Group on the sale of 100% of its share capital to the US listed group Avient (formerly PolyOne), a premier global provider of specialized polymer materials, services and solutions.

Scranton Enterprises

Advised Dutch group Scranton Enterprises on the sale of the Spanish company Realtrack Systems (athlete monitoring devices) to the US group Hudl.

Goodyear

Advised Goodyear tires group on the global assignment of assets and liabilities of the Spanish subsidiary of Cooper Tires in favor of the Spanish subsidiary of Goodyear.

Wildstone

Advised the UK group Wildstone on the acquisition of the Spanish group of outdoor advertising Redext.

Unilever

Advised Unilever on the merger of its affiliates Unilever España and Unilever Services.
