International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised QinetiQ on its acquisition of Naimuri on a cash-free, debt-free basis for £25m.
Naimuri is a leading UK software development and data analytics company, providing agile cloud-based services and technology to the UK Intelligence Community and Law Enforcement communities. The capabilities of data analytics, data intelligence and agile software development are becoming more prevalent across security and defence.
QinetiQ offers its customers world-class expertise in advice, services (particularly test and evaluation) and innovative technology-based products. QinetiQ intends to use this acquisition as a core enabler as it seeks to invest and recruit further in this important area.
