International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised the management team of P2 Consulting as it joins Valcon.

P2 is a UK centric Consulting organisation focusing on digital transformation from strategy execution to go-live implementation and all the programme and project management challenges that are essential to delivering well controlled and agile change for clients. With 200 people P2 helps clients in a broad range of industries across the UK in their digital transformation. P2 are well known for their strengths in Financial Services, Utilities, Retail and Government.

With the combination of P2 and the current Valcon UK, which focuses with 100 people on data and technology challenges, the company strengthens its UK practice to help clients with the combination of business consulting, technology and data.

An international team from the Netherlands and the UK advised the management team. The team in the UK were Partner Tim Hewens, Senior Associate Bethany Shingfield (both from the Private Equity Team), Partner David Nisbet and Robert Thomas (both tax). The team in the Netherlands were Senior Associate Geoffrey Beurskens, Associate Angela Saldanha (both Corporate) and Senior Associate Cees Graafland (tax).
