In addition to being a transaction lawyer dealing with all corporate and commercial aspects of complex real estate deals, Sara also advises on the planning aspects of property projects.

She acts for property companies, developers and corporate occupiers on all aspects of real estate law, with a particular emphasis on the industrial and retail sectors. She has developed a particular focus on work for developers, which she combines with her considerable public and administrative law expertise, critical for getting major projects off the ground.

She is also active in the renewable energy sector, where she has acted on some very important deals, including the construction of one of the biggest rooftop PV portfolios in Italy.

Sara sits on the Board of Directors of Pininfarina S.p.A. – an internationally renowned Italian company in the automotive sector - and is a member of the IBA international construction projects committee. 

Sara is admitted to appear before the Italian Supreme Court.
