Oliver is an Associate in our Corporate team and is based in the London office.
He advises clients on a broad range of domestic and international corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture and growth capital investments, corporate reorganisations and general corporate advisory matters.
Oliver qualified as a solicitor in September 2020, and joined Osborne Clarke in March 2023.
