The challenge

The Cambridge, Massachusetts based cancer drug discovery provider sought to launch into their first international markets across 6 European jurisdictions simultaneously and worked with Osborne Clarke’s New York team who provided in time zone advice and managed the set up process working with their European colleagues providing in-country counsel.

Our solution

The Osborne Clarke team took the burden off the Blueprint Medicines team to manage the complicated and time consuming process of incorporating, setting up operations and engaging country managing directors in parallel across multiple countries. The project took over six months to complete and with operations and managers in place, the company was able to successfully launch into the markets within their projected timeline.
