Strong industry and legal expertise means we deliver value to clients from concept to completion. The foundation of this delivery is our sector expertise, multi-disciplinary approach and commitment to keeping abreast of emerging issues.
Areas of expertise:
- Build to rent: Our skills, experience in both residential and commercial real estate investment means we are already structuring BTR deals that last. It also means we can identify and manage the critical risks and unlock ‘impossible’ opportunities.
- Residential led mixed-use schemes: Our residential development experts are core to our mixed-use team, which is guiding clients through the complexities of creating major sustainable and desirable schemes across the UK and Europe.
- Student accommodation: We advise five of the top UK providers on deals covering every major university centre in the UK. The team now also advises on European expansion strategies.
- Strategic land: Our team advises on all aspects of strategic land developments from partnership and funding agreements to planning, procurement, construction, tax and risk management.
