Igor is a member of the Corporate team. He advises companies of all nationalities and their management teams on corporate and commercial matters.

Igor focuses on mergers, acquisitions, disposals and restructurings, involving both privately and publicly held companies.

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in 2018, Igor did several internships with the Corporate Department of law firms in France and in the United-States.

He was admitted to the Paris Bar in January 2019.
