Bente is an associate in our Litigation & Arbitration department, based in Amsterdam. She advises and represents clients in commercial disputes, both domestically and internationally.

Bente has two Master degrees from the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam, in Private Law and Internet, Intellectual Property and IT Law.

Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2020, Bente has worked at a legal tech start-up and at a boutique law firm specialised in Media & Entertainment law.
