Osborne Clarke and K&L Gates in the purchase by Barings of the real estate complex for office use located in Porta Vigentina and in the relevant financing

Osborne Clarke advised BPER Banca S.p.A., as lender, arranger and agent bank, and UBI Banca S.p.A., as lender and arranger, in the real estate financing in favour of the “Value Add II Italy” investment fund, for the purchase and restructuring of a property for office use in Porta Vigentina, Milan.

K&L Gates advised Barings, the US real estate investment manager, in relation to the  property purchase by the alternative closed-end real estate investment fund “Value Add II Italy”, managed by Savills Investment Management SGR S.p.A..
