Thor Equities and Invesco, as sponsor of FIA Ital Investment Fondo – Fondo Comune di Investimento Alternativo Immobiliare Riservato successfully concluded the refinancing of the real estate complex in Via della Spiga 26, Milan, with a value of approximately Euro 190 million. Thor Equities is a leading real estate investor based in New York with a presence currently under consolidation in Europe, while Invesco is an independent investment management company and a worldwide  leader in terms of value of its asset portfolio.
Natixis S.A. Milan Branch acted as Arranger, Full Underwriter and Lender.

Osborne Clarke advised Thor Equities and Invesco with a team composed of partner Andrea Pinto, legal director Antonio Fugaldi and trainee Alessandro Carta Mantiglia Pasini. Baker&McKenzie Luxembourg, with a team led by partner Laurent Fessmann, coordinated the corporate and regulatory structure of the vehicle Fund.
