Osborne Clarke has appointed six new Counsels in Germany effective September 1, 2019. Osborne Clarke now has a total of 51 Partners, 22 Counsels and 74 Senior Associates and Associates working in Germany from offices in Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne and Munich. Internationally, over 1,100 attorneys from 25 offices in Europe, Asia and the USA assist our clients.

Efthimios Detsikas is based in Cologne and advises on M&A transactions and restructurings, corporate law and corporate housekeeping. He has a passion for technology and is increasingly involved in the development of legal tech tools to automate legal advice on the interface with clients. Efthimios started his career at Osborne Clarke as a trainee in 2012.

Dr. Thies Goldner specilsizesin advising banks, investors, project developers and plant manufacturers on renewable energy projects and covers all the relevant areas of law relating to this. He brings more than 10 years of professional experience to the table, including several years as an in-house lawyer. Prior to joining the Hamburg office of Osborne Clarke in 2016, Thies worked in various renowned law firms and legal departments during several secondments and as an in-house counsel. Thies  also has a focus on compliance issues in the area of anti-money laundering.

Sarah Grigo advises national and international clients on distribution and distribution antitrust law. Her focus is on designing and structuring cross-border distribution systems, for, among others, clients in the retail sector. In addition, she advises companies in the mechanical and plant engineering sector as well as in life sciences, in particular on supply contracts along the supply chain. In the course of a long-term secondment, she gained extensive in-house experience. Sarah joined Osborne Clarke's Hamburg office in 2016 and advises on top-level with almost 8 years of experience.

Till-Manuel Saur is a strong asset to Osborne Clarke's venture capital practice in Berlin. He advises start-ups and investors on venture capital and M&A transactions as well as other corporate law measures. His focus is on advising on digital business models in the areas of technology, media and communications and financial services. He is very well connected in the start-up and VC scene both in and outside of Berlin. Till was a trainee at Osborne Clarke..

Adrian Schneider specialises in all topics at the interfaces between technology and law, with particular regard to the evaluation and design of technical business models in IT contract law, copyright law and data protection law. He brings special expertise from more than ten years of experience as a software developer in the areas of web, mobile and games development. Adrian Schneider started as a trainee at Osborne Clarke and has been a lawyer since 2014.

Sabine Wahl has been advising national and international companies from Osborne Clarke's Cologne office in all areas of individual and collective employment law since 2007. Her focus is on the support of outsourcing transactions, transfers of businesses and mergers - from the DD phase to negotiations with the works council to post-merger integration. Her affinity for IT is reflected not only in the mandates she handles, but also in her commitment to the development of legal tech solutions.
